Similar to my holiday palate cleanser (Dita’s Granita), this is another gin based recipe with fresh shiso, cucumber, and citrus flavors, colorfully accented by beautiful butterfly pea flowers.

This boozy granita (granité) is basically a gin, elderflower, and shiso frozen cocktail. Perfect as a palate cleanser between dinner and dessert or as a standalone dessert!
